SaaS applications
Turn your business need into a useful application.
Custom business tools, customer portals and SaaS products, plus improvement and integration of existing applications.
Services you can engage us for
We can deliver a complete application or an agreed scope alongside your technical team.

Custom business applications
We build internal tools and customer portals: forms, calculations, approvals, dashboards and access management.
Deliverables : Tested application, source code and documentation as agreed.

SaaS product development
We build services used by multiple organisations, including accounts, data separation, administration and business features.
Deliverables : A usable first release and deployment setup.

Application recovery & integration
We review existing software, fix blockers and improve journeys or connections to ERP, CRM and other tools.
Deliverables : Technical review, agreed improvements and documented interfaces.
An approach tailored to your engagement
We agree the steps needed for your scope. An audit or assessment can be commissioned separately, without committing to implementation.
01. Validate the priority journey
Prototype and review integration constraints. Deliverable: usage scenario, rules and acceptance criteria.
02. Deliver a complete slice
Connect interface, rules, data and permissions for one use case. Deliverable: a usable version with known limitations.
03. Prepare service launch
Test roles, recovery and representative data. Deliverable: launch procedure, operating documentation and improvement backlog.
Illustrative example, not a client engagement
A pricing approval portal
Illustrative example: a salesperson proposes an exception, a manager approves it and the ERP receives the approved price. If the ERP is unavailable, the case keeps an explicit status; retrying must not create duplicate prices. Acceptance covers failure recovery as well as the entry form.
Before you start
Does this have to be SaaS?
No. An internal tool may suffice. A multi-customer model is justified when several organisations need a service with appropriate administration and lifecycle management.
Can you take over our application?
A review of code, dependencies, tests and data supports a choice between targeted fixes, progressive modernisation and replacement.
Who owns code and data?
The proposal must define ownership, third-party licences, repository access, hosting and exit arrangements before development begins.
What happens after delivery?
Post-delivery ownership defines who receives alerts, resolves incidents and approves changes. Handover includes agreed access, documentation and data export arrangements. Maintenance scope reflects service hours and business criticality.
What determines the budget?
Custom rules, integrations, migration, permissions and availability requirements often drive more effort than screen count. Subscriptions, hosting and support belong in the operating cost estimate.
Discuss your project
Tell us about the application you need.
Describe its users, the task to simplify and your current tools. You can start with an idea to scope or an existing product.
